Nous reproduisons partiellement le contenu du blog [VIC] ‘Vivero Initiativas Ciudadanas’ (Vivier des Initiatives des citoyens, NdE) car il montre une réponse non-violente face à la nécessité et la recherche de s’organiser autrement.
Les initiatives des citoyens sont des processus informels des pratiques des citoyens qui modifient de manière résiliente et adaptative l’environnement urbain. Il s’agit des pratiques auto-organisés, groupes qui travaillent pour autonomisation des citoyens et qui développent des processus critiques sur la ville actuelle. Nous comprenons les initiatives des citoyens comme des facteurs qui favorisent l’innovation sociale dans les milieux où ils opèrent.
