Anne Marie Josette Bijou: *”We, the candidates to the presidency of the Republic of Haiti, before the Haitian people and the international committee, want to denounce all of the fraud that has been going on all over the country. We have a system in which we have detected fraud. We suggest the suspension of the electoral process.”*
