Peace Boat, established in 1983 and one of Japan’s largest non-governmental organisations, will hold a briefing for members of the Japanese and international press on March 29.
Presented by acknowledged leaders of the Japanese peace movement, will introduce Peace Boat’s strategy for 2010, and Japanese civil society perspectives and actions on key contemporary issues and the new Japan.
Furthermore, documentary films produced as part of the *“Global Voyage for a Nuclear-Free World – Peace Boat Hibakusha Project”* will be premiered in April – information about advance press screenings is also listed below.
