On 22 November 2024, the international news agency pressenza was invited to present the different challenges it faces in its efforts to produce journalism for peace and nonviolence worldwide. The invitation came from the University of San Marcos in Lima, Peru, specifically from the Department of Literature and Humanities.
The theme of challenges and approaches of different cultures and different points of view through journalism was developed by Marianella Kloka, founding member of the Greek editorial team of the Pressenza agency.
What would happen if we supported dialogue, multiculturalism and communication to solve our problems, even if it revealed that we approach issues from different perspectives or that we have different forms of communication? […] What would happen if we tried to understand the great challenges of our time through completely different perceptions?”
