On the show we speak with Guido Dettoni, a multi-disciplinary artist, about one his work HANDSMATTER. In this piece, Guido has participants shape wax while blindfolded as a way to help them reach internal spaces where memories and emotions resurface and a reconciliation is achieved. This process relates to another production called Peace Gate, where the participants are invited to shape wax and connect to feelings of internal peace. At the end of the gathering, every shape becomes part of a larger work — Peace Gates.
