Fossil fuels harm our health, our families, and our lives. It’s never been more clear than in recent months, with wildfire smoke and heatwaves choking us, that fossil fuels are driving the climate crisis. And, as a member of the Peace Action New York State community, you know that militarism is fueling the climate crisis, with the Pentagon being the world’s #1 single largest greenhouse gas emitter.
We deserve a world free from fossil fuels. And together, as a movement, we are taking back our future! Join us at the March to End Fossil Fuels in New York City on September 17, 2023, where we will be marching as part of the Anti-Militarism hub. In the largest climate march since the pandemic, thousands will take to the NYC streets to demand bold action to #EndFossilFuels.

Location: Meet at 55th & Broadway (in front of Serafina restaurant at 210 W 55th Street).
Time: Please arrive at 11:30am to join us as part of the Anti-Militarism Hub.
The March starts at 1pm. The Rally ends at 4:30pm.
There will be music before the march while we gather.
