On the occasion of the change of government that took place in Chile, many guests came to the country, especially women leaders of the different feminist movements. The international feminist meeting “Macarena Valdés”, organised by the Feminist Coordinator of Apruebo Dignidad, was held at the Liceo #1 Javiera Carrera in Santiago.
The Argentinean writer Rita Segato, the new Minister for Women and Gender Equality Antonia Orellana, parliamentarians from Chile, Spain, the Argentinean organisation La Cámpora, Nuevo Perú, among many other international political and social organisations were there.
