“A three-day celebration for hearts of light in times of darkness.”
The 21st Antiracist Festival of Athens was held this year on June 29 and 30, and July 1.
The festival was full of concerts of Greek and immigrant groups from various parts of the world and was accompanied by food from all over the world.
Discussions tackled issues such as refugees, rights and social struggles, commons, the Golden Dawn trial, wars in the Middle East and peaceful coexistence.
In the festival there were also exhibitions of photography and sketches mainly about refugees. Organizations, collectives and immigrant communities in Greece were there with their activities and initiatives.
