A few days before  the 10th anniversary celebration of Kivunim, Peter Geffen, founder of the program, visited us on Face 2 Face. Peter talked about an incredible event happening this weekend in New York. Taking place at a time of great  discrimination against Muslims (being expressed, in particular, as part of the Presidential campaign), the program will bestow the 1st Reverend M. L. King and Rabbi A. J. Heschel Award to His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco. Her Highness, Princess Lalla Hasna, granddaughter of King Mohammed V, will accept the award on his behalf, with an address from the King delivered by Counselor, Hon. Andre Azoulay.
