March 5 marks the second anniversary since the passing of late Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on this honor the Venezuelan Consulate in New York organized an opening celebration of a retrospective exhibition call “A life dedicated to the people” remembering the life and contribution of Hugo Chavez.
