All very well but what has this to do with the focus of Pressenza, to throw light on issues around Peace and Non-Violence, thus ran my thoughts on receiving the press release from Joe, so I wrote and asked him that very question –

Thank you for your reply and it might sound a little unbelievable, but I really love peace and harmony… I got all in all 3 wonderful kids… got a house with garden in the middle of hills and woods at the countryside in Austria and I love my wonderful wife since 13years… and aaaaa yes… doing my stunts… bodyburns, shootings, carcrashes, explosions etc. etc…. but that’s just for movies… not real, and it entertains peoples… kids are loving my live shows and they are always around me… ok…sometimes it sucks a little bit, but I love it… that’s part of the game…
In this way, I’m happy about your mail and your open words and it doesn’t matter if you write something or not… You are interested in my record attempt and that’s pretty cool… I hope you will watch the videos and maybe you will also join the record attempt on the 26th of June next year…

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have already had the honour of meeting some of you personally, on a set, at a show, in a hotel or during wellness time, and I would very much appreciate meeting everyone else in person. There was a lot to do in the previous months and I was able to work on several productions including “Hitman: Agent 47”, “Point Break” and “Sense8” as a Stunt Player. Probably you have not heard about these productions yet, but they are scheduled for cinema release in the second half of 2015.
The main reason that I am writing to you today is the following: One year ago, on 23 November 2013, I set a Guinness World Record and in the meantime 3 world-class stuntmen tried to break it and all three of them failed:

Bla bla bla… OK, sorry, that is already old. So allow me to present the “La Hü Record Run” on the 26th of June 2015 on the Teichalm, based in the wonderfull Almenland, 15km northern of my hometown Passail.
I will attempt the impossible; breaking 3 world records in one try.
“Longest distance pulled by a Horse-Full Body Burn”
“Longest distance pulled by a Vehicle-Full Body Burn”
“Longest distance travel covered in Fire-Full Body Burn”
And all during a single burn. This means: Once I’m on fire, I will get pulled by a horse over a distance of 500m, then I will switch to a quad, which pulls me over a distance of 670m. All in all, that’s 1,170m. Coincidentally, that equals one complete lap around lake Teichalm. The current record holders were at their limits, and I will have to go even further.

The preparations for this world record will take a lot of time and energy. I need to invent a new fire-gel that can burn about 3.5 minutes and withstand high wind velocities. I also need iron pads to protect me from gravel and concrete. I need to prepare my body for this extreme situation: My total weight including protection will be around 160kg. And I can only use my hands to hold on to the horse and quad. Physical risks are present, such as blindness, serious burns, broken bones, cross-section palsy and drowning. I will do my best to minimize the risks. My wife Christine will support me with everything and she also will set me on fire – again. She knows, how to make me hot! The company Texport will also use this record attempt to test a new material, with the aim of making the life of millions of firefighters safer and easier.
I am really proud to attempt this Guinness World Record at my home and I want to thank Alfred Pierer, boss of the event location Latschenhütte and Peter Raith, mayor of Fladnitz/T. Without their support, it would not be possible to make these world record attempts at Teichalmsee.
