The county police of Koekelberg has controlled at 11:30 the identity of a group of seven persons present at Park Elisabeth, arresting one of them because he was not in the possession of identity papers. All groups that have been forming have been automatically expelled from the park in application of a conjunctural order issued by the Mayor of Koekelberg that prohibits gatherings of more than five persons in public spaces without autorisation, despite of the verbal agreement we had previously obtained during yesterday´s meeting between members of the indignant movement and police representatives. While highly expected, the presence of the police representatives of the Koekelberg municipality could not be obtained. During this meeting we were told that the marches would be allowed to enter Brussels without police harassment. Nevertheless, this morning a strong police operative could be observed in the area of the Basilique, near Park Elisabeth, composed of police dogs, mounted police, detention buses, etc.
