From Solidarity with Senegal and Amalgama, members of the International Convergence of Cultures organisation, we would like to thank you for transporting machinery, tools… for health, education and quality of life projects to Senegal, year after year.
We’d like to thank you for making the continuation of our projects, projects for everyone, possible and for your help in the construction of a better world!
We’d also like to thank you for something which is equally as important, if not more important than the material things, and which does not require lorries to transport it: hope. Hope that is a small gesture which helps to change things, hope from hearing that we are not alone, hope that things can be different, hope that there is still a future.
I hope that you recover as quickly as possible from this difficult setback on your journey, with the aim of continuing to provide hope which cannot be transported in boxes or lorries, and which people always need to stop the violence.
Many thanks and welcome home! On behalf of the Amalgama and Solidarity with Senegal associations, members of the International Convergence of Cultures organisation.
