The filming is a live testimonial of the distinct expressions of Peace, the hallmark of this unity of film makers from Europe, America, Asia, and the Middle East. The project will be chronicled in a documentary of the World March as it passes through countries of every continent. It’s interesting to document an account of the development of this odyssey and the impact it has within the cultural context that the contingent of the World March encounters in its path, capturing the resonance of the experience for everyone.

There will be several genres created from the filming, developed as both a documentary as well as a docu-fiction. The participating directors of this initiative are:

Julia Vargas is coordinating the different artists, while she’ll be filming simultaneously in Bolivia.

Gabor Dettre will be doing his own filming in Hungary as well as supporting in encouraging the other European directors.

Eduardo Gozalo will film the passing of the Middle East leg of the World March through Alexandria and Egypt, and is forming a group of directors in Asia Minor.

Syrian film maker Maher al Sabbagh will give shape via the Muslim vision of nonviolence, with the same approach of filming from the perspective of the Hindu culture, as emphasized by Hitesh Gusani.

In Latin America, aside from the coordination of Julia Vargas, Luis Mandoki will film in Mexico, and Mario Pozzi-Escot will be filming in Peru with Fredrico Dueñas in Colombia.

The above mentioned will create their own scripts according to their particular interests. In this way there will be a truly ample recording of this significant event, done for the first time, as it is passing throughout every continent, race, and creed united for peace and nonviolence.

We hope that more directors of distinct cultures and geographical zones will join this list. For those who wish to do so please contact: Ana L’Homme – lhomme.ana@gmail.com; or Juan Chambeaux – jchambeaux@terra.cl

These documentaries will also be transformed in a sole documentary that will include in its base those recordings by the filmmakers to be in a unified recording of the World March for Peace and Nonviolence, and presented in international film festivals.
